I Have!  I do it all the time, it involves a darkhouse and a 2 foot whole cut in the ice.  When you sit in the darkhouse the sun shines thru the ice and lites it up so you can see all the fish.  I use a live sucker minnow for a decoy, 1st I pray , then I spear.  I had a greatday yesterday out on the ice, got my limit and this 35 1/2 inch pike.

This time of year we are skating, skiing and spear fishing...can you guess what the 4th one is?  It involves hot water, andan outdoor tub!
